They just did for Lysychansk. They increased intensity for that “win” they only do this in pockets. Did it in Popasna, Zolote and Severdonetsk. In SD there was a latch ditch effort by ZSU that slowed them down but overall they are able to focus this intensity only one city or objective at a time.
They haven’t shown they can do this (or rather want to) in multiple spots yet since April.
Thanks for the awnser. In that case, Russia wins in the long run by being capable not only by producing a near endless stream of artillery rounds but also new artillery pieces to replace losses.
