What to do about eye bags?

Shit has been bothering me for years and I've never found anything that works. I would legit go from a 4 to a 7 without the eye bags. It would finally give me a chance to escape inceldom.

Does anyone here know any natural solutions?

I believe its mostly caused by lack of oxygen. If you smoke you sure know what to do

I don't smoke and eat pretty healthy (almost no sugars in my diet). I could improve my lifestyle as I'm basically working behind the PC most days. I'm not fat though. It just seems as if all the toxins in my body flow to my eyes.

Caring about your appearance and small shit like your eye bags is a slippery slope to trooning out. Had a friend in the army who had a wife, good salary, and owned a home but cared so much about his goddamn appearance he legit just said "fuck it' i'll become a woman". essentially you need to get a combination of more sleep and/or higher-quality sleep
if you've got the time to sleep more but can't actually sleep sufficiently, that means you've got serious underlying problems that you need to take care of, affecting your quality of sleep as well
I'd estimate that the vast majority of humans are in such a condition, probably as much as 80%+ of all adults
thinking that you can go to a dermatologist and fix chronic sleep deprivation and subsequent enervation is, no offense, totally delusional
also, the fact that you say "no sugars in my diet" as if that's healthy means you really have absolutely no clue
perhaps the single biggest cause of the aforementioned problems is adrenal fatigue from chronically elevated levels of stress hormones
sugar is extremely well known for bringing this down, whereas low-sugar diets keep them elevated
sugar is literally what every single one of your ~100 trillion cells is strongly optimized to use as fuel, it's like you're depriving your car of the proper fuel and filling the tank with some random homebrew instead
and that's not even address the other part, namely that what you think is "eating pretty healthy" is probably absolute garbage when you compare it to what human physiology is actually evolved to eat
add to that other drugs you haven't mentioned that could be affecting this precise issue, such as coffee and alcohol, both of which are, needless to say, extremely toxic garbage that should never be consumed at all
then there's the issue of blue light messing with your melatonin production, which is supposed to rise naturally as it gets darker and prepare you for sleep, but the gland which produced melatonin, the pineal gland, also happens to be the gland with the highest calcification rate in the human body due to its dense vasculature, so if you've got chronic inflammation going on that's probably also going to be an issue, but in any case you should always block blue light in evening
