My pham comes from a country south of the border.. the law there is that if a squatter lives in your house for 7 years, the house then becomes theirs. Trying to get people to pay their rent is a drag too. Aside from the squatter law.. the laws have become more cucked here in the US as of late than anywhere else in the world. They have a law in california that if you've lived on a property for 7 years (it's always 7 years or something), that person's rent is locked for life.. and you can't kick them out.
