Is anyone else experiencing this shit? Me and a co worker are the only two in our department (were in healthcare) that did religious exemption. We are constantly short and all they can say is they “are happy they had protection”... is this real life anymore? I wanna wake up.

Everyone vaxxed in this facility has a sticker that says their vaxxed and date they all have on their ID badges. It’s huge. We don’t have anything that says UNVACCINATED, but to my coworkers it might as well be. We still have signs in the elevators warning of distancing especially limiting the amount in one elevator “when riding with unvaccinated individuals” or some shit like that. I’ll try and take a pic in a bit. I’m at work now.

Yes. This has been going on for a year now at my company. But it seems to be getting worse despite the fact that it's summer. One coworker was out for a full week with covid. And yes I know that he has been double jabbed and boosted. He used to have a strong immune system because I remember he was almost never sick prior to covid. He is also a really dedicated worker and would not fake it just to take time off. He is just one story of many at my workplace. I work in tech so many of my coworkers have barely even left their homes in 2 years, yet they are getting sick constantly. We keep missing delivery dates because of illnesses. Meanwhile, I haven't gotten sick at all in 2.5 years, and then it was mild too. I still use my sick days whenever I feel like I need a break so that I blend in. Not sure if they've noticed I never take more than 1 day at a time.
I can only imagine the carnage this winter, when cold and flu season hits.

That’s what worries me if you are in fact in healthcare. Maybe I’m seeing this much more cause we’re constantly around sick people to begin with. My first years in healthcare I was sick all time. Now I can’t remember the last time I was sick and I don’t think I’ve ever had covid. All these people’s immune systems are destroyed and I’m gonna have to work so much overtime this winter.. oh well.
