Canada extends COVID-19 border measures, including ArriveCan app

I went to Canada earlier this week (im a US/CA citizen) refused to use arrivecan, covid test. Got pulled over, health canada nurse demanded to know an address / phone ill be quarantine at for 14 days or else, I say nah, nurse says we're calling the cops to give you a fine. I wait there >3 hours in my car, no cops come. I ask for my passport back, CBSA says not until you give us an address / phone or until the cops arrive to give you a fine.

I ask, am I being detained? They say no. I say okay you can hold on to my passport, im leaving bye.

So essentially the Canadian government is stealing passports now. I left several messages to different lawyers to see what I can do to get my passport back. Im not as desperate as I live in the states and have a US passport but fuck Canada.

BTW a screening officer left me a voicemail a few days later (in the spam folder of course) asking about my quarantine.

Was also told by someone who was issued a $6500 fine (OPP issues them) that the OPP officer stated they have not persecuted a single person yet. Many Canadians are fearful, timid and just pay it which means your admitting to being wrong and that the government is right.

Does that work for flying as well? I have dual citizenship as well. I can fly in on my Gaynadian passport and make like a leaf and leave on my bong passport. I just don't want to book flights and find out that I can't board without some kind of proof of gene therapy.

No idea, I drove. Air Canada is 100% full clown retard from what I hear. Planes are a PITA im sure they'll be bigger dicks there. But stealing peoples passports as a method of quasi detainment is big time fucked up and corrupt and almost certainly illegal.
