A noble from the North of Portugal who left to make is fortune in the Reconquista in the South, forming a warband of bandits and adventurers pillaging is way trough Moorish territory. When D. Afonso Henriques, 1st King of Portugal advanced beyond the Tagus to the city of Évora, he volunteered to take the city, and legend tells he climbed the walls, decapitated the governor and presented his head to the King, along with the city itself. He would later die in a espionage mission to Ceuta in North Africa.
