A restraunt quality cheap easy to make meal: pasta ala pommodoro

Keto. That means meat, preferably fatty meat. Green vegetables with the lowest carbs possible. Make the ratio 2 or 3 vegetables to 1 portion of meat. Eggs, as many as you want. Cheese and kefir are god tier foods. Butter, coconut oil, olive oil, animal fat only. MCT & cod liver oils for your morning covfefe. Drink plenty of water or sparkling water if you prefer the fizz. No artificial flavorings. Berries are fine to eat in moderation, whichever you want. No alcohol, no ordinary fruits, no grains of any kind (wheat, rice, onions, corn, etc...), no refined foods. No fast foods. No sunflower oil. Fish are great. Sardines, mackerel, salmon. Don't bother with bigger fish like tuna, they're full of mercury and other toxic crap. Most importantly, take it easy and get plenty of rest.
