BYE BYE DEA
BYE BYE EPA
But what does it mean?
Clean water btfo
BYE BYE ATF
BYE BYE FBI
BYE BYE CIA
BYE BYE BLOATED (((FEDERAL GOVERNMENT)))
It doesn't matter. Clap when the bots tell you to.
>Clean water btfo
kill yourself nigger. States right > Fed oversight
wtf I love the SC now
Wait, is this real? Mods need a sticky.
HOLY SHIT NIGGERS
ITS REAL
EPA BTFO
BUREAUCRATS BTFO
Means Congress can't delegate so much power to perma-swamp agencies full of bureaucrat lifers who just "issue rules" with the force of law.
It needs a sticky. Chuds will spam this for the next 8 hours unless a sticky is made and mods delete the other spam threads.
YEP IT'S REAL
FOX JEWS LIVESTREAM VIDEO PROVES IT ON THE MAIN PAGE RN
what does this mean for you burgers?
Goodbye feds. You absolute worthless pieces of shit.
I think it means the feds need to go through the regular judges and can't go through their fake judicial system anymore.
GREAT RESET? NO.
THE GREAT AWAKENING.
So, we have to go back to our representative democracy where we elect people to make the laws that benefit us, instead of just giving unlimited power to agencies to enforce their will without input from the people?
Oh no, commiebros! This is terribad!
GET FUCKED ATFags
I’M DRILLING THE THIRD HOLE RIGHT NOW
We have a gorillion agencies that basically create and enforce """laws""" without going through the normal procedure of Congress. This effectively removes that ability. It's absolutely huge.
We're free from feds.
unironically, nobody knows but many will pretend that they do. we will see how it's used when states start to sue the federal agencies
Le epic day for usa.
ATF and other glownigger agencies are eternally BTFO. Gun rights are back on the menu, boys
Now where is the Biden 2 minute response where he says "We will do our best to fix this solution this is not over" rinse repeat he gave for Roe.Wade?
Need to see the ruling for how expansive the SC has smashed the alphabet agencies. It’s a bunch of make work immigrants who barely speak the language setting rules for society, truly sick and despicable.
Fuckin sweet, I'm cutting my catalytic converters off TONIGHT.
Beer money for Independence Day
Means it would have had to taken an act of Congress to enforce a mask mandate, not a decision by some appointed clowns.
Coal is back on the menu.
Fed alphabet agencies just lost all their power
God please yes.
I'm so sick of glowniggers.
I hope all the people that went through this shit sue back the government branches lol.
there was never a federal mask mandate..
Death to glowies
Do we have a thread to sendoff our glowniggers?
The 6-3 decision limits how far the executive branch can go in forcing new environmental regulations on its own.
"Capping carbon dioxide emissions at a level that will force a nationwide transition away from the use of coal to generate electricity may be a sensible ‘solution to the crisis of the day,’" Chief Justice John Roberts said in the Court's opinion. "But it is not plausible that Congress gave EPA the authority to adopt on its own such a regulatory scheme in Section 111(d). A decision of such magnitude and consequence rests with Congress itself, or an agency acting pursuant to a clear delegation from that representative body."
The case stemmed from the Obama administration’s 2015 Clean Power Plan which aimed to reduce carbon emissions at power plants. The plan was blocked by the Supreme Court in 2016, and then repealed by the Trump administration and replaced by the less extreme Affordable Clean Energy (ACE) Rule.
Let me get this straight.
You are now HAPPY that the supreme court of America will now allow the rich jews to poison and destroy our land? We want to raise our children to live on a nice planet, not a fucking oil baron jew hellhole.
I hate all you people that applaud the white people getting destroyed
CAFE standards now null and void
It means the south just won the civil war.
But what about the CDC and a fucking eviction moratorium?
Kind forgot that, sorry. They fucking tried, though.
Beware of the Black Catholic crusader
Unfathomably based
You forgot your memeflag
It means everything.
FBI, CDC, FDA, any single agency now loses all power. Effectively 80% of federal "laws" have been nulled and voided.
Congress must vote on individual powers of each agency. Thereby codifying the responsibility that if x, y, or z people are unhappy with how an agency is run. Politicians in congress are responsible. No more pushing the blame game every other year.
There are many more benefits.
>alphabet boys gone
Doubt
lolwut. bureaucracy makes water?
Read the case retards. It doesnt dismantle chevron doctrine or the administrative state. They ruled on narrower grounds
Lol did you try flying a plane or going in an airport?
At least we still have the executive right bros?
>bye bye atf and dea
Lol imagine being so retarded that you think they would allow that to happen
Wrong, read the case.
This is it. We are done. This will be the coolest summer for the rest of your life. Trump has officially killed the earth. Get bent MIGAtards. Thanks. Thanks a lot.
hello misguided user. They were never "off or on" the menu. These unalienable rights come like a glass of water at every dinner
>shall not infringe
AHAHAHAA
WORRIED ABOUT YOUR JOB GLOW NIGGER?
WORRIED ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE GONNA DO?
GO JOIN THE NIGGERS IN THE HOMELESS CAMP SINCE YOU LOVE THEM SO MUCH YOU FED FUCKS
FUCK YOU
AHAHAHAHAA
FUCK YOU FUCK YOU
BEST FUCKING DAY OF MY LIFE
Unfathomably based and checked.
All gun laws are tyrannical and illegitimate.
It doesn't apply outside the EPA. But it still guts the EPA pretty hard. So, bye-bye mandated EVs, fuel emissions standards, etc. unless Congress passes them.
I did read the case.
Would you happen to be upset that you're about to lose your job?
Please be real!
Fuck the federal government and fuck congress and fuck former vice president Joe Biden
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I GENUINELY THOUGHT THAT THIS WOULDN'T PASS!
HOW ARE THE SHITLIBS GOING TO CRY AND TRY TO SPIN THIS AS FASCIST?
ofcourse not. im a neet
OH, WHAT A DAY! WHAT A LOVELY DAY!
Pride month can stick around if it means more developments like the ones we've seen over the last few weeks
>It doesn't apply outside the EPA
Wasn't there a second case that would affect other glownigger agencies?
No im just not a retard and understand what i read.
the unemployment line is looking bioluminescent
>VU HAVENT SEEN ZE LAST OF ME, YAH?
Meh, I don't support burning coal or increasing GHG emissions, but I'm ecstatic we're possibly ending bureaucrats making "rules" that carry the force of law instead of legislator doing their fucking job.
Did Q tell you that? You’re dreaming.
IDK but it sets a pretty hard legal precedent.
Not sure how limiting the EPAs ability to make and enforce regulations without congressional approval applies to all this? Where are you getting this info?
>Okay
>Reads the case
...why are you lying THAT"S EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS
This is the first truly good happening in a while.
reminder that the "civil war" was fomented by The City of London and had literally nothing to do with slavery
Lmfao best comment
Same. I genuinely avoided threads talking about it because I was sure this won't pass and the SCOTUS will cuck.
I'm surprised very much so.
Can it get worse than what they are already doing?
Lol America hasn't had clean drinking water for decades.
It always was for white women
If they were making up laws all along anyway and acting without supervision, what makes a Supreme Court decision likely to result in their suddenly giving full disclosure and ceasing to act independently as long as Congress continues to supply a budget with no accountability?
Red States can produce cheaper energy while blue states will go green by choice and be forced to purchase energy from red states, if the redstates are smart they will mark up the price of energy for export to blue states 500%
Hes an idiot and has gotten hyped up from Any Forums because this case had the potential to get rid of chevron deference and the administrative state but they didnt go that far
You don't understand how the law works.
Just because they say "well the EPA is out of bounds here" does not mean that its all limited to the EPA. This is about setting prescident for determining how and when an agency gets its authority to regulate.
Other agencies will now be judged in other lawsuits by this standard.
You really believe that?
tldr for eurofags?
yes, this ruling in the EPA matter echoes the ruling in the other matter, its basically the same shit and can be extrapolated all over the fedgov's tentacles
imagine thinking the rule of law matters at this point. the government is just going to use corporations to enforce the rules it cant legally pass and you wont have the money to take a case against them to any meaningful place. Coming soon: guncontrol brought to you by disney+, a subsidary of blackrock international.
they lose their abilities to make law. they might be able to enforce law. its fucking YUGE.
You seem very mad user.
You do understand what a precedent is right newfag?
