I think I’m starting to piece together a little understanding for the direction that the right are trying to push American in. As a liberal, I think I needed to visit here and see what some of you were actually thinking because it feels more genuine here. I can actually understand a little bit of what you guys are trying to get across if you cut around some of it. I can understand that the sex positive, self expressive, selfish extreme left is going to be a negative force in the US. Though as a person who has grown up and had very, very little guidance or understanding of cultures effect on ones experience, it feels like the right is pure hate and control and suffocation of those who may seem different. I’d like to understand your thinking more, though I don’t think I’ll completely abandon my left bias quite yet. It’s important to discuss
I think I’m starting to piece together a little understanding for the direction that the right are trying to push...
It's all the same there is no left and right it's a uniparty that push and pulls towards one direction, wedge issues are bread and circuses they are non-issues. If people were allowed freedom of association there would be none of this pointless bickering and the post liberal morons like yourself would be free to selfdestuct in your containment states. Not everyone wants to live like you I don't. Ask yourself this do you believe the things you do because you came to these conclusions on your own or did some eceleb says something that sounds nice.
Question why people are different. Question why people are using pharmaceuticals en mass and still cant be happy. Question the level of anger projected through people when they're asked in various ways, "please just be a little more responsible", though they have no sympathy for any consequences they cause to others. Question the unemployment numbers. Question the dwindling amount of trades people. Question half of the populations proclivity for vanity whilst the other half has seemingly none.
>"you HATE them becuz they r DIFFNRNT"
Yeah but they also spread aids and blame their "executive dysfunction" for being addicted to a mild opiate basically at the cost of handing out aids to strangers. Question why people fling themselves into financial tar pits, never escaping, dying with debt, not unlike the way a child has with a bag of marshmallows. Question the amount of BULLSHIT JOBS IN THE ECONOMY. Question those that are of PROUD of their bullshit occupation. Question why nobody saw obesity/diabetes becoming a thing. ((IT WAS ENTIRELY PREVENTABLE))
Question why others would rather defer blame onto the technocrats for their problems in life when their own government spends $3.8Trillion every year, (and they're TRYING to change things), what could Elon musks or Jeff bezos's entire life savings change if the u.s. spends trillions every year and still can't fix anything? (They could)
Why is everyone convinced we need welfare to keep us alive? Why are we finally convinced that we can't rely on ourselves? Was it always like this?
>blablabla
Blabla.
[Basically, if things get better or worse in the world, there is a reason why. Explicitly] but most reject this. Theyre hung on the feeling that there shouldn't be any reasons for anything.
Well.
Would you be more likely to die driving sober than being loaded on Xanax? What? You don't know? How about you just try it yourself?
Does it say so on the box?? If there isn't a warning label, it can't possibly be bad!
The right wing is a reaction of order against the chaos of the left wing. This chaos is sometimes necessary to break up the rigidity of the right wing when it has gone too far into order, but at this point, the old world order is gone entirely and all that is left is this chaos and its destructive force. At this point, the left has become this rigid order and has gone too far and enshrined it, hence why the right wing now uses the chaos of edgy memes. The hate shown by right wingers is generally because hate has become SO taboo, it's essentially prohibited. So it's a good way to rebel. It's also a good way to show the limits of this leftist new order by showing that prohibiting all forms of "hate" and "racism" is not only silly and misguided, but not functionally possible. The right wing isn't actually built on hate. It's built on order and spiritual morals and truths. Now that the left has enshrined a rigid order based on eradicating these things, the right is seeking to show where they've gone wrong and what is needed in life and society, even if those things are considered taboo these days.
I just wanted to play video games but you abject lunatic weaponized Karens couldn’t just leave people the fuck alone.
>tldr
We’re extreme right because you people lost your minds and are hell-bent on dragging the greatest civilization in the known universe into the garbage can ‘cause wieners and hoohahs and whitey=devil. Fuck off to hell and pull the hole in with you.
>too far into order

>15% tax rate
Instead of getting a pension to be a gym rat, what if they did useful shit??
>"nooooooo thats fascism!!"
Well said. Unfortunately no one will read this.
I finished reading his post
Yeah it isn't functionally possible. People are racist assholes. All races at one point were racist assholes, but FINALLY merely most of them are.
Human nature shines the brightest when order, self control and logic take priority.
What the left advocates for is nothing more than indulging in our most primitive urges and call it freedom.
The society that gave birth to modern civilization as we know was one filled with individuals whose mindset and values mirrored what you call 'far right' ideas.
I'm taking about the social rigidity of the 1600s to the 1950s. Does that mean those right wing governments were bad? No. At least not most of the time. But there was a reason for the left wing reaction against it. Now that left wing reaction has gone way too far and has set itself up as the establishment based on these destructive principles. Now is the time to fight against it and restore order, but based on what we've learned.
>People are racist assholes
Racism is the act of making a distinction between peoples.
People are not equal and never will be.
Those who have risen above and achieved a higher civilization should never lower their heads so the conquered can feel less miserable.
>left is liberty right is control
right is being responsible for yourself and left uses a bunch of identity politics stuff and victim narratives to collectivize the freaks into a circus they can lead (and live off of). why is a black guy on the right an uncle tom or a betrayer of his people when he just wants to grill? because their goal is to round up all the identities into one corral. If we all pull together we can win... oh we're all pulling in the same direction the communists want to pull huh, well never mind that.
Meh. I wasn't necessarily referring that you believed otherwise, but it is how the vast majority percieves something as utterly worthless when it's in actuality cheap, voluntary, and effective. I grew up somehow believing it was bad. Nice gets, I'm jealous.
>I'm taking about the social rigidity of the 1600s to the 1950s.
The rigid social order of the west ended with the rise of modernism and the end of WWI.
I wouldn't mind being all powerful and yet treated as an equal, but the superior basically are forced to punch down. I worked as an electrician for 3 years and saw what happens when someone gets a head full of air with things that are vital. If you do not force idiots to make the right choices they will kill other people when their environment let's them. They're so convinced of their authority if someone let's them have any. It's disgusting.
>I’d like to understand your thinking more
Fuck niggers, fuck kikes, fuck jannies, and fuck you.
You have a point, but that's an over simplification. The West entered a "Second Religiousness", as Spengler would put it, from the 1600s on, where it had lost the original spirit source of its order and principles and therefore attempted to reassert them even stronger in the social and political sphere. Like how Confucianism was essentially a secularized reassertion of China's original religious principles, but at a time when most people didn't believe in the gods anymore, but still the principles. And like how modern China is attempting to reassert certain principles of Confucianism for their social utility, even though most people in China have totally lost touch with Confucianism.

We can see the words spoken and the actions under/taken; you cherrypick the same dumb nonsense that the right does, there are actors and misguides amongst both, and by design is amplified and contorted into a cacophony of noise
There are underlying themes to the theatre, you will not continue to hold your bias. The right has plenty of retards; the left has plenty of extremists. Many countries face a similar paradigm, funny that
Well said user
Do yourself a favor and read some ethics and moral, political philosophy especially logic instead. I say this as a liberal that's been on this board for over a decade. You should do this too in order to refine to what you perceive to be your own political views. This place is morally bankrupt and it is teeming with fallacies. These fallacies aren't simply accidental. They are intentionally trying to mislead ppl here through the weaponization of logical fallacies. Although it's good to broaden your knowledge to catalogue the views of others, it's more important that you start with a comprehensive & logically consistent basis. Don't tell yourself you're not interested in philosophy, or that it's too difficult to understand bc you're seeking it out here- but these ppl are lost and manipulated. You are doing yourself no favors by endeavoring to understand the world through these people.
>it feels like the right is pure hate and control and suffocation of those who may seem different
Are you talking about the right of the left? Because if you aren't a liberal baby killing feminists gay allied then you are literally worst than Hitler for the left and want you dead.
>mfw off by one
So what do you believe, liberal?
