OP I've been with the guild several months now and you have demonstrated a consistent disrepect for your fellow raiders. Constantly degrading and name calling for virtually every moment in raids. It's extremely immature behavior and make me wonder how you get along in life at all. Do you treat friends, family, and coworkers this way? This is a video game people play for some sense of entertainment, even if people have different goals and get that entertainment in different ways, whether its clearing content or gearing our little RPG characters out. Screaming at people, calling them "smooth brains" and "fucking idoits" constantly is simply unproductive. It doesn't work as a motivational method at all, and it's driven people away just in my time here. You are the most upset and emotional person I've ever encountered in the game across several guilds I've played with over the last year and a half and I can't make any sense of it. I suggest you spend some time reflecting on how you treat other people before your attitudes leeches into other facets of your life. If you continue, it will negatively affect your life and happiness far behind a video game. It amazes me people let you get away with it so much. It's going to destroy you.
