> how do we fight the system back Go back to squatemala where housing is cheaper.
Jordan Stewart
This board claims to hate the Jews and the damage they've done to this country and then turn around and cheer when America's are suffering as a result. You guys are the biggest bunch of faggots I've ever encountered in my life.
I am not for setting absurdly high prices. But just understand that some people can afford a rent, but can't afford a loan (even if it was the same amount to pay each month). So, if any and every tenant were to disappear tomorrow, a lot of houses would be for sell, but not much people would be able to afford it.
And that's the saddest part about it.
Ian Harris
Losers gonna be losers. They stay renting because the prospect of saving up a small amount of money for a down payment is too difficult for them. Poverty is always well deserved.
Christopher Evans
I have always wondered about people like you, what is your secret of success? What wealth have you produced that has made this world a better place?
Jace Parker
>down payment Anything short of paying in full at the start is just meaningless.
Nathaniel Stewart
Not everyone qualifies for a loan. And even if you qualify, they don't allow you to get loans for housing out of county, even first time home buyer loans...
Brandon Nelson
If you know you’re getting evicted the answer is simple. Spend that last check on a rifle and some ammo and refuse to leave. Document everything and sue when someone inevitably violates your rightsz
Elijah Evans
Dat's a long-tongue azz bitch
Caleb Johnson
A mortgage payment is infinitely better than a landlord payment.
Easy. I don't live like a piece of shit and am rewarded for it. You should consider repenting if you'd like some of what I have. Like I said, poverty is always well deserved.
Isaac Young
>debt a is better than debt b Ok cuck
Josiah Bailey
Debt a goes into your own person equity. Debt b goes into someone else's personal equity.
Lincoln Morales
Dude, I don't dwell in poverty, nor lack for anything, yet I don't look down on those that are not able to live within the system because I have seen their shortcomings as may be mental health issues or victims of abuse. I am not discarding those that are irresponsible as those may only have themselves to blame and which you may be right about.
Daniel Collins
Fuck squatters. Nobody was unemployed There was no pandemic
Henry Hall
shut up nigger
Matthew Williams
You will see a lot more families grouping up.
Asher King
Indeed, the lady in the podcast sounds pissed, and rightly so, they are meal tickets for all those liberal case workers that need to justify their existence through the suffering of those that are being displaced now because of the rampant inflation.
Oliver Hill
When mortgage interest rates are 2.5%, I’d rather have more of my cash to invest elsewhere at higher gains, ideally at 5% growth in equities.
When mortgage rates are 6.5%, I move those funds toward principal until I can refi and lock in 2.5% (@15 years).
Aaron Phillips
Note his answer. "Not living like a piece of shit" doesn't generate wealth. Kike is trying to demoralize people that are struggling in true kike form. I know plenty of responsible people in solid careers that are having hard times right now. I don't look down upon them like a fucking scumbag. I look down upon the Jews that have caused most of this hardship for people
