These are pretty extreme, for me it is some bad genes which cause apnea then tiredness. Then I am also very hard to motivate when there is little need to move. Now we have aome land and chickens etc, I am far more active and slowly losing some weight even though I work from home.
It is just lack of movement, comfort food and alcohol/soda for most people I guess.
