Watching politicians attempt to ban porn would be most entertaining.

Prudes in the japanese government banned all explicit porn, and that directly created the bizarre fetishes that japan is now infamous for like tentacles substituting penises.
At this point if porn were to be censored, then all kinds of fetishes would either slip under the radar or all kinds of innocuous things would be censored across all media just because a few people fap to it.

agree, it's pointless and even kinda weird and pervy. Imagine what the people were doing before looking at monitors, they were probably peeping into windows of peoples homes trying to catch a look at people having sex.

That would bring about an amazing cultural renaissance.
Instead of staring into their computers fapping all day, young men would channel their sexual energy into other creative avenues, some silly or wasteful, but many creative and useful.
People who now write porn because "its the only way to make it as an author" might actually be able to write something they really want to write and get published.
Obligatory sex scenes in almost every movie and tv show would vanish in favor of actual interesting content.

It would be a good thing.
You cannot remove porn from the internet, so everybody can still watch as much porn as they like.
The ban would still be a good thing because it would reintroduce norms into society (you can watch it, but you are told in no uncertain terms to keep your habit to yourself). The ban would also ruin some Jewish porn lords and it would make porn less easily available on the clearnet, which would go a long way towards protecting kids from it.

There is Japanese art that long predates that and still has tentacles.

Humans, men, animals, and all living creatures do not do anything without an incentive. With every 3/10 thinking she's a diva that deserves Chad, there's no incentive for any porn addict to be anything else, even if the porn disappeared. They would go to drugs, then video games, then to other hobbies, rinse and repeat. Men do not create excess value for society to benefit from when they do not get rewarded for it. Society thrives when men plant trees that they won't live to sit in their shade. But, they do so, because their bloodline will do it. Even if they don't personally reproduce, at least your own blood, your tribe, your race would do. Now we don't even have that luxuary. So no sex, no tribe to belong to, and not even religion. The distractions aren't the source of the problem, they're a symptom. The symptom being society is simply not worth working or fighting for, for a good chunk of men. The solution is to bring back some of the privileges men lost, instead of trying to squeeze more out of them. Responsibilities = privileges, that's the social contract, it's give and take from all sides, not just one side doing all the giving.
