Uhhhh the Overman according to Nietzche, as I understand it, is more of a person who has no desire to have their will subverted or to subvert the will of another. Either scenario will happen out of necessity, but ultimately they can co-exist with other groups and are more humanist. I think the idea is based on looking at Polish culture at the time vs. Germanic culture, which was more hate-filled and people were involved in power struggles even at the time of his writing which did eventually culminate in the wars of the 21st century.
