A wife and husband working full time yet struggling to get buy.
They're home owners.
Have 4 kids.
2 cars.
A garage.
Live in a good neighborhood
Can afford to send one kid to military school
And their other children get a good education.
This is what being poor used to be seen as.
Everyone I know lives in an apartment with 2-4 roommates that all work full time.
No one has kids. They can't afford it. No one has a home. No one can afford proper food.
And I'm tired of everyone pretending like they can't see this shit happening.
