I do lard myself. Buy alot of it, render it and done. The fat is cheap as fuck too. I only use olive oil, butter and lard. Coconut oil is okay too but i dont use it.

Olive oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil go through hardly any refining process whatsoever. Essentially, theyre "raw" or natural oils. All of the other common oils you find at the store, typically refered to as vegetable or seed oils, have been refined the fuck out of. Theyve been bleached, hydrogenated (resulting in trans fats that our body cannot process and gets lodged in your blood vessels), and are usually rancid before ever even being processed. Basically, they kill you and turn you into an obient tranny (see )
