But Ukraine should straight up strike Millerovo, Buturlinovka and Kursk airbases with M39A1, M48 or M39 ATACMS's accidentally mixed up with M31A1's in transit.

You might say that Russia doesn't have the logistics to field full mobilization, but he doesn't need to, he can just bleed Ukraine dry by increasing tempo and using the entire population instead of just that part dumb enough to volunteer. Hitting Russian territory would make any eventual political deal much harder to reach even if Ukraine wins the war - you have to give Putin a face-saving way out that hitting Russia would seal off. Unless evidence is posted we should assume nothing of value was hit. Ammo dumps should have many secondary explosions, not just a cloud of smoke with a big fireball.

The problem with GLONASS is that it goes out of sync because there’s only a few areas in the world where it has ground stations which update the sats keeping them in sync. GPS has stations all over the world which keep it in sync pic related.
