/BOFA/ Blowing out Federal Agencies General #2

Supreme court heard case on West Virginia vs EPA. Arguments heard in Feb. Expect opinions by EOW

Potential to destroy all AJLs
>Destroys the ability of Federal agencies from being judge, jury and executioner.

Affects all 3 letter agencies.
>IRS, EPA, FDA, FCC, DEA, FBI...

This would be the largest step in restoring the republic in the last 150 years.

/BOFA/ deez nutz

Ha

This is the big bombshell because a lower court already ruled in the same way regarding a different agency

Yep 5th blew out the SEC. Said you gotta respect the 7th.
Big nig on the bench about to do the same to everyone.

That would be awesome. I’d probably the only thing that can save us right now. Is this why this trump shit is coming out? They are freaked the fuck out about something

As the twitter kike said, it would rule that the vast majority of our government is unconstitutional.
Maybe trump is a distraction?

As it should be.

Will we get cocaine?

Digits say yes.
DEA will have no teeth.

If this happens. Will we have civil war against the government at this point?

Reading more articles about this, it almost seems too good to be true. This is a legitimate shot at saving the republic. I just hope they don’t stop at the EPA, if they do decide to do it. The IRS and FBI need to be the first on the chopping block

WE WILL GET ALL THE KA-KA-KA-COCAINE KUH-KUH-KUH YEAUH!

Only if the government wants to start it. They would ironically be the rebels if this passes

Depends
If the Fed boys decide they will not capitulate then State vs Feds as they try to strong arm, possible civil war kick off.

Depends on how they rule.
The logical way they can is by saying administrative courts (AJLs) are bunko and the fed boys can get fucked.

>now that that's more conservative judges, this might happen
Sounds like complete speculation and some Twitter who trying to make a name for himself. Fuck off OP.

The federal government needs to be abolished. Washington DC is the source of the vast majority of the problems and concerns for regular Americans.

I see, more and more people are treating themselves with Ivermectin. The (anti-)parasite pill is the answer to the NPC question.

The nondelegation doctrine hasn't been challenged since 1935, but it's always been generally understood that Congress has exclusive power to draft legislation at the national level.

>Will we get cocaine?
Checked. Are you Dr. Rockso?

The 5th Circuit also said in their opinion that Congress had no Constitutional authority to delegate its legislative duties. That would make all Federal regulations passed by Executive Branch departments and agencies null and void.

What is this, the Chevron deference?
Big if true, ATF would be BTFO.

KILL AND EAT THE ATF
EAT AND KILL THE ATF

Bingo. It will be cataclysmic.

Yes, they are challenging precedent.

Wouldn't be the first time precedence was overturned.

Does Clarence Thomas and the gang have the balls? This could been the only chance we ever get to do this

IF the SC has the balls to uphold it. This is one of those decisions where it’s quite possible that the (((they))) would rather blow the justices all up with a bomb and start over with a sympathetic court than allow the possibility of it being upheld.

Atf gonna be salty

Point of reference. Nixon created the EPA via executive order, it wasn't even started legislatively.
