If blacks werent a constant source of anxiety, we wouldn't need to devise the wasteful, convoluted scheme of American suburbia to live apart from them. Whites want to live around whites, but the issue is you can't legally say,

So the only way for whites to keep to themselves is to exclude niggers economically. Cars work ok for this purpose, since you need to have some money to own one, put gas in it, and insure it. You also need to not be a criminal to drive a car, since a cop could pull you over at any moment and run your name for warrants.. It's not a perfect solution, but requiring a car to get to or around your zone eliminates most niggers right away. The sad side effect is that building zones that require a car to get to, or move around within, results in suburban mall sprawl.

They're not even towns, they're strip malls and truck stops. They're on the outskirts of most minor cities and they're all half full of empty buildings because big box stores are dying.
No one goes there to hang out. They pass by on their way back into town and grab some quick dinner or whatever.
Except Denny's, high school kids do hang out there because they're open 24hrs a day.

I dont know dude. There are a lot of things about everyone's culture that could be improved. Keep in mind much of Europe have quite the head start to build up their state sized countries to match their culture. The United States is a very young country that is unique because its lands are as freshly touched as they are. With the timing of the industrial revolution, most of the small towns you see in that picture were built with efficiency in mind and for only one or two industrial industries as a basis. Here is a picture of the downtown small town that I grew up in. They make toilet paper, the highschool mascot is the Paper Machine. We called it the fart factory because it smells like shit.
