What are guns laws like in Leafland?

This Ralph Klien day, shoot an SKS with the pin removed on crown land, while intoxicated to let them know we wont ever register our guns or our beef.

Terrible.
Thanks for asking.

basically useless.
>gun must be stored and unloaded in a safe when not in use
>ammo must be stored in a separate safe
>no castle doctrine
>only right to flee
>need to contact the proper authorities if you need to travel with weapon
>need to tell them which route you're taking and how long you expect to be gone
>need to call them when you get home
>if you're moving out of country, or travelling out of country and you have a weapon, you need to ship the weapon and ammo separately

>need to contact the proper authorities if you need to travel with weapon
>need to tell them which route you're taking and how long you expect to be gone
>need to call them when you get home
What happens if you don't do this?

Nice rundown.

Gay. Self-defense is non-existent though, if you use your gun to defend yourself they'll argue that the fact that you were able to use it at all meant it wasn't a life or death situation since you had time to retrieve it from the ridiculous storage laws.

Why is this nigga on fire wtf

A picture of OP.

So even if someone were to full on attack you with a knife and you shot him, it wouldn't be ruled self defense? That's wild

if you're pulled over for any reason and are found to have an undeclared weapon on you, you'll get the book thrown at you like cinderblock

it depend. Do the law apply to you?

I'm just curious as to what the repercussions would be

I'd wager you discover that you do actually have balls between your legs

It's not meant to be rational, It's meant to incite anger.

What the fuck is a "gun"?

Canadian laws sound very similar to European ones so basically you can only shoot the attacker if he already stabbed you.

apparently leafs have a ton of svt 40s and norincos
so they must not be THAT bad

prison

Nothing unless you get pulled over plus
Authorization to transports take like 2 minutes if your local gun range is on file. Ive never been asked for a route or how long i will be nor have i called when i return home

was meant for btw

>>need to contact the proper authorities if you need to travel with weapon
apllys only to restricted firearms. Such as handguns and sbrs.
>>need to tell them which route you're taking and how long you expect to be gone
never done this once
>>need to call them when you get home
never done this either

So even if you're carrying your own legally obtained firearm, you're getting locked up? What if you just forgot to tell them lol

The big cannons on warships

Depends on the cops mood at that point lmao

Compared to Americans its very very bad.

That's surprisingly way stricter than the blue state I live in. You guys should do something about that

Your first couple of points are only for restricted firearms (pistols and short barrel rifles). Non-restricted firearms like rifles and shotguns are not subject to any of those conditions and don't have to be registered

All of this shit:
>need to contact the proper authorities if you need to travel with weapon
>need to tell them which route you're taking and how long you expect to be gone
>need to call them when you get home
>if you're moving out of country, or travelling out of country and you have a weapon, you need to ship the weapon and ammo separately
Is bullshit Fudd propaganda. You dont need to do any of that shit. Once you get an ATT (you get it by calling the RCMP and providing proof of a range membership) you're free to take youre restricted firearms to the range or gunsmith without calling anyone

Yes its still ridiculously cucked but not as bad as you're making it out to be

Based. I just got back home from the range as well.
