Ignore BMI. I am 6 ft 2 and if I had a healthy BMI I'd look like a crackhead would have to starve myself to get there. Start by doing a 40 minute walk everyday. Then increase to an hour. Also portion control with food. Using liquid meal replacements might also help.

The only thing that matters and works is tracking and limiting your calorie intake. Lost 8 kgs in the past 2 months by limiting myself to 1100-1200 kcal per day.

most weight you lose is through breathing and not your ass or cock. do anything that tests that endurance. you can do it with a kettle bell if you maintain a rhythm.
most the food stuff is bullshit. fasting and exorcise does help initially to reset your stomach so it isn't so expanded. You can also do this if you just eat one boring thing for most the day, like eggs or potatoes because it is hard to gorge on them.
Some food is garbage. Usually processed, because a high amount of sugar and ethanol will be turned into fat because your brain is too retarded to know what else to do with it. Salt and gluten are too other ones. They are both so important that your body will create gluten if it needs it and you do need some salt. What you may miss with processed foods is that the world went insane in the 1970s, demonized fat thinking fat=fat, then didn't know where flavor come from so resorted to replacing fat with salt and sugar instead. Many products (like 70% of most non health stores) will add this with the products so it isn't salt but added as sodium and sugar.

almost all us bread is contaminated. it's gmo. Even the nongmo stuff has had unintentional contamination of nongmo and even intentional corporations setting a gmo plot besides a nongmo one. I think food relates more to health than skinny though. The best way i've found to help with food is resetting your stomach so it isn't gorging.
Exorcise, and endurance exorcise not strength, will lead to losing weight. Just find a hobby. Hunting, walking, jogging, biking, kettle bell, mushroom foraging, probably fishing as you are constantly reeling, moving adjusting. I hate exorcise, but just tricked my mind by finding some activities I enjoy doing more than staring at a pc monitor all day.
This was the biggest brain block for me and took me years since I had a major biking accident a decade back. I just starting walking and using kettle bell, and then switched to fishing, shooting, camping.
Fishing is the only one I can attempt every week as the others are more sporadic for time, but a friend really helps in motivation too.
If all else fails, switch jobs to something physical. Army has tons of fatties.
The starvation shit doesn't exactly work in my experience though because you will just gain it back when you quit, suffer, and be miserable to be around. Eating one thing was the easiest, because I wouldn't overfeed off it.

Also making a note for any drinks besides maybe like milk, tea, and water (kombucha for fags too). They often are high in calories and won't do much to satiate you. Empty calories and people consoom 500-700 calorie starboys daily.

You need to start eating one meal a day and doing medium intensity exercises every day.

Start with rice and chicken. You can get bagged rice that is ez to cook, just throw it in a pot add a little water and stir and bam tasty rice and you can get bagges of preseasoned precut chicken that you just throw in a pan and cook for 5 minutes and tastes great..combine the two, add some hot sauce and you have a delicious meal


Do this + walking every day and you WILL lose weight
