Even if he did, who cares? He had every opportunity to reinforce election security during his term / prove election fraud after he lost but didn't / couldn't. Best case scenario he's just incompetent. Worst case, he's an incompetent liar

Then why did he coronate Biden as president

No he didn't.

He threw his right wing base under the bus, and went pandering HARD to blacks, mexicans, and jews. As a result he lost support with whites, and thus lost the election.

The pandemic also came into play. The Republicans were eager to oppose shutdowns, so their corporate donors wouldn't lose money. So they turned their entire base into fanatical anti-lockdown agitators, which freaked the fuck out of older educated white voters, who thought the Republicans were literally going to get them killed. This isn't on Trump specifically, but rather the Republican machine for taking this absurd position.

The Trump campaign was also very badly mismanaged, and sent nearly 1/2 their campaign funds into a dark organization controlled by Jared Kushner, which employed Trump family members for huge salaries. His campaign ran dry of funds, and was forced to pull ads from key battleground states in the critical weeks before the election. If Trump had been willing to spend even a single dime of his own money, it wouldn't have mattered, but he wasn't willing to drop even a single penny of the estimate $300 million him and Kushner grifted while he was in office.

Of course Trump refused to admit he lost, like a petulant child, and whipped up the entire Stop the Steal frenzy, which enabled him to grift hundreds more millions from his gullible supporters while he spread voter-fraud lies to a national audience. He felt a bit guilty about ripping these people off so hard, so he gave them the January 6th protest to throw them a bone. He appointed a new Defense Department chief who stripped the capitol of security and interfered with calls for reinforcements. When his people were locked up, he was thinking of his own ass, and so he condemned them and pardoned a bunch of Kushner's jewish cronies for their financial crimes. He even pardoned Kushner's father for his horrific crimes.

This is the absolute state of the Trump presidency.
