That's actually what some of the low level pilots are actually told. That it's some bullshit anti-climate change crap initiative by the EU/US governments. And when you dig deeper you find Billy G involved as well, pushing and sustaining the initiative. They had to admit this more than a decade ago when people were starting to question the chemtrails in the skies, taking samples and suing politicians. Initially the faggots called people "cunspiruchy thisorists", but after a few hundred lawsuits they had to come up with something. So they invented this anti-climate change initiative and departments within the EU and now they don't even try to hide the poisoning of our skies.

Contrails cannot possibly last for more than 10 minutes in the skies before dispersing... they're nothing more than condensation. If they last longer (20 minutes or even hours, like we see daily in the sky) and start increasing in size, creating weird shaped tracks or clouds, they are obviously not condensation, but harmful substances being sprayed upon us.
