We have the opinion now that Scalia wanted to write back then. Though he didn't get to see it done right in his lifetime his friend Clarence carried the torch.

I never dropped all of them at once. I stopped doing tobacco entirely ('cept cigars), I only drink once every couple of months, and caffeine I've limited myself to two Dr Peppers a week (Saturday and Sunday). Rather than cut out sugar entirely I've elected to cut out high fructose corn syrup while consciously limiting sugar intake.
