With each technological advance there is less need for a workforce, with global logistic lines manual labour can be done cheaper in asia or africa.

Wealth is no longer generated by a workforce or extraction of natural resources, rather is the technology and research sectors that are generating wealth, to sustain this process you require an intelectual elite of profesionals and scientist, regular people or low IQ untermenschen are a problem for policy makers and capitalists.
Jobs that require intelectual output will be replaced with AI based systems.
