American military equipment is far and away the best in the world, nobody other than China even begins to compare, and even then they only get close in a few specific areas. There is a reason that everyone on earth wants into the F35 program, and those who can't afford it are asking the US to make a smaller and cheaper alternative: American weapons actually fucking work. And of course they do. Only ten countries on earth have total government budgets that match our defense spending, and a whole fucking lot of that goes into R&D and quality control.
