Christianity is about keeping humanity as an organic (rather than synthetic) race. Abortion is a synthetic construct meant to augment the organic process of pregnancy and birth. I'm not saying it's evil but it is not organic (it IS synthetic).
It's really up to you: if you believe humans should become "post-human" (commonly known as cyborgs), then you cannot possibly be Christian.
