There are other meats mate. Not all aminoacid profiles are equal. I like to eat a different animal every day if I can. Some days I do chicken, other days lamb, beef, pork, goose, etc

You will literally never get fat or fuck your health up from eating fruit. The sugars included in an apple mostly get washed away in your shit due to the amount of fiber the apple has. Fruit gives your body access to sugar without the detriment that soda or candy gives you. The problem is your body will eventually run out and need actual carbs again, that's why people that do keto start having crazy bread cravings.
