Judging by how intense the bombing became in Ukraine today, my assumption is that Russians caught wind of some weapon deliveries to Ukraine which they really didn't like, so they held an emergency meeting to decide on further steps.
And as result, northern cities of Ukraine are now getting sprinkled by missiles that are also launched from strategic bombers.

Russian should tell the world that for every western weapon that enters Ukraine they will carpet bombing one city.

When you give nukes to a country, you need to be able to answer the question what will happen to those nukes long-term.
Russia is a nuclear weapons hub, same as USA and China are.
They can give nukes, and they have the power to withdraw nukes.

Belarus more or less is just a Russian "extension", or Russia+ if you wanna call it that way.
Giving nukes to countries like Israel or Pakistan is far more retarded because the long-term consequences are much harder to calculate.
If Belarus uses nukes incorrectly or differently from Russia's national interests, Lukashenko will get assraped by Moscow.
