When multiple states and the supreme court just passed laws that violate the heller decision and will still be enforced by the police.
Rhode Island just turned thousands of people into felons overnight by banning any magazine over 10 rounds with no grandfather clause. Despite the fact that the heller decision guaranteed our right to own arms that are in common use and 30 round mags for an AR are the most common magazine in use for any firearm.
And the house and the senate just passed a law that allows secret police to no knock raid you without a warrant if someone simply reports you as being "dangerous" which violated any supreme court precedent to do with the 4th amendment.
