Ukraine MoD says no major offenses start until late August/September, and with no expected major gains until 2023. Why cum /chug/gers are so focused on some skirmishes (that they're failing to stop) around Kherson is bizarre. That isn't the counter-offense. That's just nominal Ukrainian forces in the area.
