user, they're just bombs. Powerful, yes, but not world ending. Even if all of the currently available nukes were to be detonated, humanity and the planet would still endure. Even if double or triple the nukes that we have now went off, we'd still endure. It's just that we'd be set back a few hundred or even thousands of years. I'd argue only that a nuclear winter type scenario is exaggerated.
