Some feminist philosopher wrote up an analogy about a dying violinist which is taught in every introductory philosophy course to justify it. Basically, you wake up in a hospital and they've connected you to a dying old guy via blood transfusion to keep him alive, and you're well within your rights to pull out the tubes and cut him off, no matter how important he is. This is literally the default argument where all modern liberals get their abortion views from whether they know it or not. Of course an obvious objection is that waking up in a hospital with someone connected to you is wildly different than voluntarily having sex, but this is the best they can come up with.
