The right to make decisions about abortion is not delegated to the Federal government by the Constitution, clearly, and also clearly the Constitution does not prohibit the individual States from making their own decisions on abortion. Therefore the Constitution is crystal clear (your ignorance of the Constitution does not change this), the issue MUST be returned to the individual States. Roe was always a flawed decision, protected by the swamp for decades, the swamp that Roberts is obviously part of. Roberts knew he was going to vote against upholding the Constitution and needed to turn just one of the other conservative judges to get a 5-4 decision, thus he leaked the preliminary opinion. It would seem the real conservative justices have had enough of his bullshit and know full well he is fake and gay. Expect Roberts to vote 100% now with the liberals or even announce his retirement to send a pick to Biden.
