Not being a racist or sexist

Quit smoking pot now. Don't drink. It seems trivial because your 20 yr old body can handle much but the pot will eventually ruin your ambition and the booze can become a way bigger problem than expected down the line.
Also, get into a trade, career, job and stick with it. Don't hop around and be the new guy every 5 years starting over. You will be 40 and be the new guy. Totally sucks. Be 40 and be the boss about to retire.
Or probably just prep because the world as we know it is about to end but don't count on it. If this drags out another 10-20 years everything I said will still apply. Good luck, young user.

Work out. It gets harder as you age.
Learn to cook. Eat real food.
Read books.
Save money. Small amounts add up.
Quit video games and porn.
Do things that are hard.

Pullups
Stop masturbating (or at least cut down a lot)
Have a set bed time during week days
Go outside

>Save money. Small amounts add up.
I don't think so. Not great advice right now, money is devaluing at fast pace. I'd say spend money wisely.

If you're a mutt, stop looking in the thread and kys. If you're white, continue in the thread as normal.

Exercise, zinc supplementation and language learning

put away half of what you earn and don't touch it until you're ready to retire

Why zinc supplementation? don't we get enough in the food?

Get as much sun as possible

Have an unbreakable exercise routine. Every single day no matter what. Zero excuses. Exercise is a super drug that shapes you into a superhuman.

This. Save up to have your own land, practice permaculture and eat your own produce at a growing rate with only initial work needed. If you want to exercise simple tasks that pay off in the long run, permaculture is the way bro.
