A point I was about to make before the thread ended was I recall a Rolling Stone interview where Madonna's crucifix broke and dropped into her jeans, and she laughed and joked,

I started hating her exactly then. This woman, whose real name is probably really Esther ______ (unknown and hidden) and whose Early Life is filled with a lot of lies and myths, made it her practice to regularly blaspheme God and Jesus, to portray the Holy Virgin as a whore (a favorite trope of Jews), and to reduce the holy crucifix, the symbol of our faith and of the Resurrection, to a cheap costume jewelry trinket. What could be more Jewish? In many ways she was the ultimate Jew, the pinnacle for all Jewish girls to hope to be or emulate.
She was never really Catholic because even at their worst a Catholic would never do the things Madonna always did. Nor would they have, even at their angriest, outright attack their faith and profane the Rosary. But Jews ENVY AND LOAAAAAATHE Catholicism. To me the poker tell is this: Catholics do not envy Jews. They envy Protestants.
In many ways Britney Spears comes off as likely Catholic. She was the rare white Gentile girl almost allowed to become Jewish level famous. But you notice they did to her what they always do to white Gentile girls and never to their own: reduced her to a broken blonde whore, degraded her, subjugated her, humiliated her. They literally broke her spirit like taming and abusing a horse. Then they reduced her name and brand to garbage.

Madonna seems programmed to continually obsess over and debauch Catholicism. Why? Why such anger towards a faith that supposedly "comforts" her? Why did she discard this faith and pick up Kabbalah, and "rename" herself Esther at the precise moment in life all Jews suddenly become quite concerned about Judaism and raising their offspring in it?

Wrong. Hasidic Orthodox Jews don't get tattoos. Reform and Liberal Jews absolutely do, exactly the way they mix milchig and fleischig dining utensils inside their fancy homes. If not Jewish, why would she tattoo herself with Jewish symbolism? Even more cogent, if she were ACTUALLY CATHOLIC, why would she? It's a repudiation of her faith, the way Jews who adopt Buddhism do. How does a religion largely concerned with separating away contagions and hoarding wealth appeal this much to her?
