every video is some high frequency tone with random string of number appearing on screen at some interval
>last video was 4h ago >oldest video is 2y ago >seem to be hundred of videos >only 3000 totalview on channel >only 1-4 views per video >some videos got 100-300 views because some people are starting to discover the channel >found this on Any Forums

You'd need the cipher. The last 5 seconds of each video give a cipher #.
Cipher # + frequency tone = which decription equation to use to decode the number sequences

Of course. Its more simple than that. These are encoded messages meant for field agents on current operations.

you know whats sad its used to be Any Forums. Any Forums does have potentional and always surpasses expections. but unless you have quite a high understanding of tech and coding etc your not gonna understand this. you dont have those skills. i dont have those skills. i am not saying these skills dont exist or no one has them. but as far as we are concerned this is jibberish "up for a reason". ill raise you when someone DOES decode it. it is all be gonna jibberish. and even then when you do decode it whats gonna happen? does he have an e-mail to say youve got it?

Aliens have a youtube channel they upload to. Beings capable of interstellar travel are incapable of communicating with individuals through a medium other than fucking youtube. >picture somewhat related
There is no way to decode it. The numbers will point to areas of a book or manual with the actual instructions. So yes, technically gibberish. It could say something like "Pg. 37, Paragraph 2 - 5, Execute on delay 8."
