Pretty sure all the Juul targeted legislation is because they were too successful. They displaced the big tobacco companies and big tobacco didn't like that, so they drummed up anti-vaping hysteria (anyone remember all the "my lungs collapsed from vaping!" shit a few years ago?) to get the flavor bans passed, now this.

Posted this in the threads yesterday, but this is intentional. Big tobacco is working with regulators to outlaw tobacco alternatives other than their own. They either want you smoking cigarettes or using IQOS which Phillip Morris owns the patent on and just got FDA approval in 2020. Pic related
