The whole federal court system is itself unconstitutional. moreover, the court should not be allowed to say what the law is - the marbury v madison ruling was wrong. that said i dont see how you dissolve the supreme court, it is a part of the constitution and you would have to void all of article 3 more or less to get rid of the judicial branch

On one hand, in this case, it literally didn't matter if he didn't give a statement. Someone else accused him of sexual assault. If he would have said nothing he still would have gone to court, and almost definitely lost.

Also, if you don't realize at this point not to talk to cops without a lawyer under the vast majority of circumstances, you're probably not worth caring about.

However, I don't love the precedent this sets and feel like it could be abused in some cases.
