Not true. The adopted black children only experienced a temporary IQ boost when they were tested at 7 years old. By the time they reached 17 years old, their IQs dropped back down to the black American average of about 85. And we now know that this is a common phenomenon where IQ is much more malleable in early childhood but becomes much more crystalized as you reach adulthood.
