Toxins in everyday life

In today's world, just about everything we encounter is toxic.

Water: Neurotoxic Flouride.

Food: GMOs, Artificial flavors, colors and preservatives, Xenoestrogens in packaging.

GMO studies:

Xenoestrogens:

Vaccines: Contain neurotoxic heavy metals.

Mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde, Polysorbate80/Tween20.

The polysorbate weakens the blood brain barrier, which allows the toxic heavy metals to enter the brain more easily.

We are being microwaved/radiated daily, with:
5G, LTE, 4G, 3G, Wifi, Bluetooth constantly saturating our bodies.

Our clothing, bedsheets are made with cotton, soaked in Glyphosate and other toxic pestacides.

Daily life examples:

Grab a bottle of water? The plastic has toxic xenoestrogens, the water may have flouride, and the plastic leaches microplastics.

Eat at a local restaurant?

The food was fried in GMO oil, the food itself is GMO, and the food has high levels of pesticides.

Go to the local baseball game? Grab a hotdog?

The hotdog bun has toxic preservatives, and the hotdog itself also has preservatives and the cow was fed GMO feed.

Get a quick soda at the local gas station?

GMO toxic corn syrup, artificial flavors and artificial colors.

Yeah I've thought about making a similar thread OP. You are on the right track some kind of General Thread that covers all the different environmental attacks on our person and then the accumulated knowledge of how to best protect yourself.

You really did cover nearly all of it. I'd suggest adding refined white sugars and flours maybe and maybe make up and other lotions, soaps, detergents etc. Most cleaning agents in general aren't great just being around them and there are probably food grade alternatives that are better for the body. Fake fibers in general too. I'm straying awake from clothes personally that aren't organic cotton, hemp, or silk. It will be difficult at first and more costly but worth it.

I'll try to think of other things.

Seed oils as well which are highly inflammatory and not fit for human consumption.

Beware of lavender.

Toxic reddit spacing

why?

Idk it looks like 2 paragraphs and a short sentence to me.

Body wash: artificial colors, sodium laurel sulphate , and more toxins.

Body wash clean option: DR Bronners soap.

Water Filtration:

Zerowater, ProOne USA water filters remove flouride.

Bottled spring water > Water filter > Glass drinking cup.

Food storage:
Use glass Tupperware instead of plastic tupperware.

Deoderant: toxic alluminum anti perspirant, artificial scents.

Clean deoderant:

Natural deodorants, made of essential oils.

Toothpaste: avoid flouride toothpaste.

Clean toothpaste: Natural toothpaste, no artificial colors, flavors, no flouride.

Good point, what cooking oils do you recommend? Organic olive oil, coconut oil?

I just bought organic bedsheets and pillow covers.

I was my clothes with either pure hot water or clean natural detergent.
