The interests of all student debts should be paid off (accounting for what has already been paid), leaving the contractors to pay back the same amount they had been loaned.
And then taking interests made illegal on all national citizens but not foreign.

Two thirds of student debt is held by women but the majority of taxes are paid by men. Student debt "forgiveness" would be just another case of wealth transfer from men to women.
