Cruciferous vegetables literally contain substances that block mineral absorption, you'll literally get mineral deficiencies eating large amounts of them. Especially if you don't cook them, ferment or prepare them in any way.
All plant foods have some level of anti-nutrients to fuck up whatever is eating them because funnily enough plants don't want to be eaten. The exception to this is maybe fruits which deliberately reduce their anti-nutrients as they ripen to provide incentive to be eaten and shit out the seeds.
All plants have antinutrients, that's why you cook them to eliminate some of those antinutrients. We have an hybrid digestive system and antinutrient tolerance for a reason.
I tried doing carnivore keto, didn't work for me, endless keto flu.
Also you only lose the vitamins that are heat sensitive on cooking, not the minerals and not the vitamins that are not so heat sensitive

"keto food" is actually natural food, you don't need to and shouldn't buy plastified food called "keto friendly" or whatever seal those kikes use. Just go to the country side, buy some natural veggies (specially spinach or chard), some eggs, some cheese, some butter. Fresh fish may be the most expensive, depending on where you live.

If you're going to go keto and include plant foods I'd only go with fruits (that are also low carb, kek) and fermented/prepared shit as I mentioned before.

there aren't many fruits that are low carb. Olives, Avocados and Coconuts is all I can think of. Maybe a handful of wild berries. Lemons and limes are also good if you don't overdo them, for acidity, but apple cider vinegar is simpler.
Fermented foods are great for gut health. I do sauerkraut and sometimes kefir and yoghurt

How the fuck can you fast having any calories? For me it makes it worse, specially with juices. It spikes insulin and then it causes low blood sugar.
