I believe that the states should be a confederation only bound to a document (the bill of rights) instead of an active body of government.

I've said before that here in NZ we should have a National Socialist and a Libertarian/AnCap 2 party system. The 2 parties would (in theory) balance each other out. I know in practice it would probably turn to shit very quickly but at least it would be better than what we've got currently
