This makes sense, then you realize this implies kicking out moderates from your own group too, because they are the main problem. I still don't understand why politicians are allowed to be as flexible as they want to be, they should sign and publicly swear an oath of allegiance to the party they work with. If they are outvoted in their fight to uphold the party's manifesto then that's that, but if they deliberately vote against it they should be expelled immediately and lifebanned from running again.
