The parallels to ww2 are striking. Back then, after krauts getting BTFOd, brits gifted german clay to polacks and kaliningrad became an enclave. Poles blocked the enclave and also shot at german planes while also having fun with ethnic cleansing. Hitler wanted a corridor to kaliningrad for passage of goods and people but with the world power spurring them on the polacks refused to give their enemy an inch. Hitler saw no choice but to solve the polish corridor issue militarily after all diplomacy failed. The brits built a trap for that with the french, and the russians ready to join in from the east (after getting half of poland). Germany was much weaker than before due to severe restrictions on their military but only dared attack because it got played by the soviets. Now after the krauts got BTFOd again and ethnically cleansed kaliningrad is russian living space - and just like before an enclave.
Now Lithuania has made a bold move. It blocked some EU-sanctioned goods from passing through its territory to kaliningrad. But russia ain't germany. It's a huge nuclear world power with all the resources in the world. Lithuania, just like the polacks before, can be bold because it is a nato member. But it has just dug its grave because putin is about to call the article 5 bluff of the western trannies. And that's because "a nuclear war cannot be won and will never be fought". So a nato war won't be nuclear but it will be a world war and since russia can't lose (due to nukes and china's backing) russia can only win ww3!
Next step would be UK and France declaring war. That's what they do.

>at least the US citizens oppose the war LMFAO the corn syrup addled fat beasts that roam this land don't even know what Kaliningrad / Koenigsberg is they will do whatever social media and the teevee tell them to.

Germany steamrolled first countries it defeated. Russia is losing to Ukraine and has no resources for another war. No, there are no parallels.
