Just online streaming. Neflix, YouTube, etc. We've always required regular TV channels to follow Canadian content rules, meaning a channel in French, a channel for Injuns, a channel that broadcasts at least some budget Canadian crap TV show that nobody watches, etc. Online streaming needs to follow that rule now also, or get fined.

Most of our cheap sci-fi is filmed in Canada.
