Pretty unlikely. Even in the event of a total civilization collapse would tend to leave traces we could detect. Buildings like our would 100% be long gone but oddities like landfills would be a big clue. Plus, civilization collapsing to completely pre-industrial levels is a bit farfetched. There would be plenty of tools, books full of knowledge, skilled people and resources in the form of salvage to bootstrap things back up.
