Child Seat Safety Protocol (CSSP) will be an industry standard message format used to enhance safe usage of automotive child seats.

I would say it's probably not an accident, it's homicide. However, I once unknowingly left my 13 year old daughter at a gas station in Oklahoma on a road trip.
