"Kaliningrad" (Named after a Jewish mass murderer) should never have been left as part of a Russian state after the destruction of the USSR. It should have been absorbed into Lithuania, Poland or be given back to Germany to administer.
Lithuania is doing nothing wrong in denying Russia the ability to ressuply it. After the USSR was destroyed, Russia left these kinds of enclaves all over the world, so that they can start future war. Its the same as their enclave in Georgia (Ossetia) and their enclaves in Ukraine.
If we want to have peace, Russia needs to be forced to relinquish all these territories back to their rightful owners.
Until then, we will not have peace in Europe. Lithuania is doing the right thing by blocking off "Kaliningrad".

Counterpoint: the Baltic States shouldn't exist. They're insignificant in terms of population, culture, and history. They exist only as a way for the West to instigate conflict with Russia. Anyone there who doesn't want to be part of Russia, should be given free passage to the West. Ducal Prussia with Królewiec aka Königsberg was basically loaned to the Hohenzollerns by the Polish king, but with the caveat that Prussia is to be a Polish vassal since its inception in 1525, as per the Treaty of Kraków. And even before that, the Teutons stole Królewiec from Poland in 1455, just like they stole Gdańsk from Poland for the first time in 1308.
